2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of the digital products offered in the Digital Productssection: downloadable content such as checklists, templates, guides and courses (hereinafter "Products"). By placing an order you fully accept these terms.
3. Products and prices
The characteristics of each Product are described on its page. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and catalog at any time; your purchases are charged at the price shown at the time of the order.
4. Orders and payment
The order is completed with payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards and enabled methods). Once payment is confirmed you receive an email with the order confirmation and the download link. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
5. Delivery
The Products are digital content delivered by immediate download: no physical shipping is involved. The download link is available on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
6. Right of withdrawal
As these are digital contents supplied on a non-material medium, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded once performance has begun (download or access to the content), subject to your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal, which you give at checkout by accepting these terms. 7. License of use
With your purchase you obtain a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your business. Reselling, redistributing, publishing or transferring the Product to third parties, in whole or in part, is not allowed. All intellectual property rights remain with Nabify.
8. Limitation of liability
The Products are informational and educational in nature: results depend on how they are applied, on the context and on the market of each business, and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in the Products constitutes legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the one of their place of residence or domicile. For alternative dispute resolution, the European ODR platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
