What data we process
- Contact data: name, email, phone and business information you provide by filling in the site's forms (free analysis request, check-up, contact).
- Purchase data: name, email, billing details and order history when you buy a digital product from our shop. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and statistical data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we process it (legal basis)
- Performance of the contract: to answer your requests, deliver the free analysis, process orders and deliver the digital products you purchased.
- Legal obligations: invoicing and tax and accounting compliance.
- Consent: for sending marketing communications (newsletter, local marketing content) and for profiling cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest: aggregate statistics on site usage and infrastructure security.
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by providers that support us in delivering our services, appointed as data processors where required: hosting providers, Stripe (payments), Google (Google Analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel), email service providers. Some providers are based in the United States: transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable adequacy decisions. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact data for as long as needed to manage the relationship and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last active contact; purchase and billing data for 10 years as required by law; statistical data in aggregate, anonymous form.
Your rights
Under articles 15-22 of the GDPR you may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing, by writing to info@nabifyagency.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
