Digital products and withdrawal
Our products are digital content available for immediate download. As provided by art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and stated in the Terms and Conditions, once the content has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal is excluded. This is why we invite you to read the product page carefully before purchasing: description, contents and format are stated in a complete and transparent way.
When we refund
- Faulty or inaccessible file: if the downloaded file is damaged, incomplete or does not match the description, we provide a working copy; if that is not possible, a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we refund the duplicate.
- Wrong charge: any amount charged in error is refunded in full.
How to request support
Write to info@nabifyagency.com within 14 days of purchase, stating the order number and the problem found. We reply within 2 working days; approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5-10 working days.
